(23 August 2021 - FRESNO) It's official: Ono Hawaiian BBQ is taking up residence in the former Del Taco at Brawley & Shaw which has been abandoned for some time now. The Del Taco signs have been removed and the building is in the very early stages of work and planning. Signs announcing Ono's intentions are displayed on the Brawley and Shaw street-sides. With only 2 other locations in the metro (41 / Friant & Kings Canyon / Peach), the lunchtime favorite with it's famed macaroni salad will be a welcome addition to the busy intersection.
