(18 February 2022 - FRESNO) Pancakes & waffles are making a debut in far NW Fresno with the proposal for a new Denny's in the Phase 2 section of El Paseo Marketplace. The 5,000 sq. foot location just northwest of Floor & Decor is still in the LOI negotiation phase but doesn't have many hurdles to overcome in order to begin work. No ETA is known, as of now, but this would be the first new Denny's in Fresno in many years and the only one north of the Shaw corridor and west of Blackstone.
