(16 February 2022 - FRESNO) With only one other Cafe Rio Mexican Grill in Fresno (near the old Burger IM on Friant), the chain is looking to open a new location in NW Fresno at the El Paseo Marketplace. Cafe Rio specializes in Mexican grill favorites such as tostadas, burritos, tacos, and salads and offers a build your own style similar to Chipotle, which, notably has not entered the plaza yet.
